Common questions

How long does the advisory mandate take?

The Full Advisory Mandate is structured as a 3-month engagement covering exit preparation and initial buyer outreach. Depending on deal complexity and buyer interest, the full process to a signed term sheet typically takes 3–6 months from mandate start.

Do you work with businesses outside the GCC?

Yes. While our buyer network has particular strength in the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait), we work with founders globally and have buyers across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Business type matters more than geography.

What's the success fee based on?

The 1–2% success fee applies to the final transaction value at closing. The exact percentage is agreed in your advisory mandate and scales with deal size — larger transactions use the lower end of the range. It's only due if the deal closes.

Can I start with just the valuation call?

Absolutely. The Exit Strategy Call is a standalone service with no commitment to further engagement. Many founders use it as a standalone check-in 6–12 months before they plan to sell, then return for the Full Mandate when they're ready to move.

Do you have existing buyers?

Yes. We maintain a network of vetted GCC-based family offices, search fund operators, strategic acquirers, and international buyers actively looking for digital businesses in the $500K–$10M range. On the Full Mandate, you receive a curated shortlist of 20–30 qualified prospects.
